Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING
  • Orders ship Monday-Friday.
  • Some items may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
WHEN WILL I GET MY STUFF?
  • Germany based In-stock orders normally ship within 3-5 business days if express shipping is selected.
  • Some products come from different suppliers so if you've ordered a few different products, they might arrive in different packages. Some items are sent from outside Germany, so please allow 5-20 business days for the items to arrive.
  • We are always trying to improve the shipping conditions, and many times we pay extra for faster shipping, but eventually it depends on our suppliers and the handling companies.
  • Standard Germany shipping takes 7-10 business days
TRACKING

    An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped (with most carriers). Tracking is not available on International Economy.

    SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

    Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and may ship separately.

    SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

    Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

    ADDRESS CHANGES

    Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing so please make sure you enter the correct details.

    GERMANY/EUROPE SHIPPING
    • For orders to Germany and Europe, we offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
    • We do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We welcome all our customers from around the world.

    EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    • Our Express shipping offers door to door tracking and packages normally arrive within about 5-10 business days after shipment from Germany. It may take 10 -15 business days from outside of Germany.
    INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY SHIPPING
    • International Economy Shipping is available for most of our products but there may be some restrictions on certain products such as massage oils, floral waters, etc
    • Orders shipped using Economy Shipping may take up to 15-25 business days for delivery; tracking is limited. Please note that orders shipped via Economy Shipping cannot be rerouted after shipment.
    IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXATION
    • Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
    • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges,
    • We are not able to mark orders as "gifts".
    • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
    • Tribesymbols Store does not estimate any fees, taxes or duties which may be payable in your country. Please refer to the application law in your jurisdiction.

    Die Kosten des Standardversandes unserer Armbänder belaufen sich auf 4,00€.

    Nach Eingang deiner Zahlung wird deine Bestellung schnellstmöglich an die von dir hinterlegte Adresse versandt.

    Die Versanddauer deines Paketes beträgt 14 bis 36 Tage.

    Bitte prüfe bei der Paketübergabe, ob deine Ware beschädigt ist und lasse dir eventuelle Schäden vom Paketboten quittieren. So können wir eine unkomplizierte Rückerstattung oder erneute Lieferung an dich veranlassen.

    Rückversand
